01 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

02 Eligibility

Access to and use of the uutoto Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. uutoto strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification checks are conducted as part of the KYC process and may be requested at any time.
2. Residency: The Platform is operated for Indonesian players and is primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gambling services does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are legally prohibited from gambling in your jurisdiction, you must not use this Platform.
4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
5. Non-Employee Restriction: Employees, agents, and contractors of uutoto, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a Member account or participate in any promotions.

03 Account Registration

To access the full functionality of uutoto, you must register a Member account by providing accurate and complete information as required during the registration process. Specifically:

1. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. All information must be accurate, current, and belong to you personally.
2. You must create a secure password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. uutoto will never request your password via any channel.
3. You must not use false, fictitious, or borrowed identities during registration. Submitting fraudulent registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in criminal liability.
4. uutoto reserves the right to reject any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
5. Following registration, certain account features — including withdrawals — will remain restricted until the KYC verification process has been successfully completed (see Clause 8).
6. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date account information. Changes to your registered details must be notified to uutoto support promptly. Failure to do so may delay withdrawal processing.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on uutoto are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 for bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet payments (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees.
• uutoto does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed on the Platform's active payment methods page.
• Deposits are processed in real time during normal operating hours. uutoto is not responsible for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds you are depositing are legally obtained and that you are the rightful owner of the source payment account.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, although large withdrawals may be subject to additional security checks.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account registered in the Member's name. uutoto does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business hours for e-wallets and 1–24 hours for bank transfers, subject to KYC clearance and fraud screening. Processing times may be extended during Indonesian public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Nyepi.
• uutoto reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 72 hours may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to the Member's account balance.
• Withdrawal requests that exceed a Member's verified real-money balance (i.e., bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement) will be partially processed up to the withdrawable balance amount.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

uutoto offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

1. Wagering Requirement: Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses carry a 10× wagering requirement calculated on the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 deposit paired with a Rp 100.000 bonus creates a wagering requirement of Rp 2.000.000 before any winnings become withdrawable.
2. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within 24 hours of being credited will expire automatically. Once activated, wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days from the date of activation. Unmet wagering requirements after this period result in bonus forfeiture.
3. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack and baccarat may contribute at a lower rate (typically 10–20%). Live casino games and sports bets may have varying contribution rates. Specific contribution tables are published on individual promotion pages.
4. One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time. A Member must complete or forfeit a current active bonus before a new one can be activated.
5. Abuse Prevention: uutoto monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional mechanics. Any Member found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may have their account suspended.
6. Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions may be offered during significant Indonesian cultural periods including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). These promotions carry their own specific terms which will be published at the time of the promotion and will supersede the general bonus terms in this clause where they conflict.
7. Modifications: uutoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of modification.

06 Betting & Game Rules

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the uutoto Platform:

1. Accepted Bets: All bets placed by a Member are final once confirmed. uutoto does not accept cancellation requests for bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system, except where explicitly permitted under the rules of a specific game or market.
2. Football Betting: All football markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup — are governed by the applicable sportsbook rules published on the Platform. Asian handicap (voor bola) and mix parlay accumulator bets are subject to additional rules detailed in the sportsbook section.
3. Togel Markets: Togel draw results are sourced from officially recognised market authorities (SGP, HK, SDY, Macau). In the event of a disputed result, the result published by the official market authority takes precedence. uutoto is not responsible for discrepancies in draw results arising from the source authority.
4. Live Casino: Live casino game results are final once the round has concluded and the outcome has been recorded by the Evolution Gaming or equivalent studio's system. Any technical malfunction that affects a live casino round will be resolved in accordance with the studio provider's documented dispute resolution procedures.
5. Slot Games: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems. All published RTP figures are accurate and based on independent audit data. Jackpot payouts are subject to verification before processing.
6. Esports Betting: Markets on Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire, and other esports titles are governed by the official tournament results. Abandoned, forfeited, or rescheduled matches are handled per the specific esports betting rules published on the Platform.
7. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by game type and market. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market at the time of placing a bet.
8. System Errors: In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or human error that results in an incorrect payout or odds display, uutoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the error. Members will be notified in such cases.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the uutoto Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, device, or IP address.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any game or promotion.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to: chargebacks, identity fraud, payment fraud, or exploitation of system errors.
• Colluding with other Members, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any Member who discovers a bug must report it to uutoto support immediately; exploiting it is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent self-exclusion, account closure, or responsible gaming measures through any means including creating new accounts.
• Accessing the Platform using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to circumvent geographic or access restrictions.
• Sharing account access with any third party, including family members. Each account must be used solely by the registered Member.

08 KYC & Verification

uutoto is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawals and at any point where verification is considered necessary for security or compliance purposes. The KYC process requires the following:

1. Identity Document: A clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National ID Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence.
2. Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government letter issued within the last three months, showing your full name and residential address.
3. Payment Method Verification: Depending on the withdrawal method used, uutoto may request evidence that the bank account or e-wallet being used belongs to the registered Member (e.g., a screenshot of the bank or e-wallet app showing the account name).
4. Source of Funds: For large withdrawals or where suspicious activity is detected, uutoto may request documentation demonstrating the legal origin of funds deposited on the Platform.

uutoto aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving all required documents. Complex cases may take longer. The Member will be notified by email of the KYC outcome.

09 Responsible Gaming

uutoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide all Members with access to the following self-management tools, available directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain over a specified period. Once reached, further bets will be declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic pop-up notifications reminding you of your current session duration and net winnings/losses.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for periods of 1 week, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the uutoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, software code, game content, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of uutoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

1. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express written consent of uutoto.
3. The uutoto name, logo, and associated brand marks are the exclusive property of uutoto. Unauthorised use of any uutoto brand asset is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, uutoto's liability to any Member is limited as follows:

1. uutoto provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. uutoto is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, even if uutoto has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
3. In no event shall uutoto's aggregate liability to a Member exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. uutoto is not responsible for any third-party services, including payment processors, banking providers, and game studios. Issues arising from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or any other third-party service must be directed to the relevant provider.
5. Nothing in this Agreement limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which uutoto holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents uutoto from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement.

13 Amendments

uutoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, uutoto will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
• Notify active Members via email to the address registered on their account.
• Display a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days following the change.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
